I don't see anything being talked about with this mod. When fasttech was running there last sale I decided to pick one up just to see.
Pro's: evolve DNA 200, 1300 mah Lipo 3s battery, magnetic battery door for easy access to battery
Cons: fixed 510 pin( this really sucks)
I have only had it in my hands for a few hours and it is my first DNA 200 but I like it so far.

After using fasttech's labor day sale of 15% off it came out to around $110

Not bad. I'd be interested to hear your feedback once you've had a chance to get to know it better.

Congrats on the new mod

It's ~$130 now there (I just looked). Are you positive the 510 pin isn't spring loaded? All my DNA200 mods 510 pins are spring loaded. I'm shocked they would use a pin that wasn't spring loaded (what were they thinking?).

Cheers,
Steve

I am going to say not spring loaded. I can't get it to spring up and down but I tourqued the atty on tighter and it moved down but stayed in the down position. So I am going to say it is more or a floating pin but it is going to take some disassembly to push back up

They definitely cheaped out on the 510. I guess I will change it out if it becomes to big of a problem.

I completely agree it is a huge con. I bought it because of the sale going on and in my research it was basically the same price, if not cheaper, than buying the parts to build a DNA 200 mod. I figured if it was horrible I could tear it apart and have a chip and battery to build my own. As of now it is working quite well and I still like it so I plan to continue to use it as is. I have a few fat daddy 510s laying around that I could throw on and it would be a great mod. Of course this only applies to my own situation as some people would feel uncomfortable modifying a mod especially one that costs this much.
