Batteries tripping

When my vape is plugged in my battery indicators constantly change value. For example it’s at 33% and both battery indicators go up and down rapidly and it doesn’t stop until I stop charging. The indicator levels go down to red back to white back to red.......
I just got new batteries thinking it was a battery problem but it still doesn’t fix this issue. It’s a smok g priv 1.
Any other way to fix this?

First welcome to the Vu. You bought a second set of batteries and are having the same issue?. I hate to say it may be the mod. Try charging from an external charger if you have one. The port in the mod is usually more for firmware updates and such.
