1) eLeaf products though good units for a bargain price, they are not the most resilient longevity wise. Try plugging it in to charge see if that resets the board inside and bring it out of zombie mode.

2) Being you say you were using a dripper, at what wattage were you running most the time? Just like a gaming computer or a fancy sports car like a Ferrari, just because they have great speed (wattage in the case of a vaping device), more you redline their performance or close to top performance, the quicker you wear them out. Ie. Mod does 80 watts as its max rating, if that is all you run it at, you really need a 150 or 160 watts device to run at 80 watts. If that is not the case then it is #3

3) Many bargain price devices are not built to last, seen to many times these devices just die after the 30 or 90 day warranty, especially bargain devices with built in battery Lipo packs, battery either dies or the circuits inside deteriorated due to cheap manufacturing

That has update-able software I think.. Try reloading the software at eleafworld. My pico did that twice. first time reloaded software.. second time just plugging into computer did it.

I tried that, but since it doesn't turn on, the program nor the computer recognize it so I can't :(
