Hey everybody, I'm just wondering if any body has any knowledge on this. I personally think no matter what, vaping has to be a much healthier alternative to smoking, however I've been wondering something. Vaping is vaporizing, which is liquid being heated and changed to vapor, vapor is moisture, and this moisture is going directly into the lungs, usually in mass amounts. Moisture in the lungs is obviously not a good thing, period. Being the cause of things like pneumonia, bronchitis, infections, and of course, drowning. Loll. My question to everyone is how is this moisture from e liquid, regardless of pg, vg, nicotine, flavoring, etc.. Affecting our lungs? It's been a concern of mine ive put off for awhile now, simply because I love vaping and much prefer it to cigs lol, so any thoughts or insight would be helpful! Thanks everyone

If this was the case being in the shower too long would be worse than vaping, steam rooms would be worse than vaping, humidifiers etc etc etc etc ETC.......

Healthy lungs disperse the moisture throughout the bloodstream. Lung disease and illnesses inhibit the lungs' ability to disperse the moisture. Then it is retained in the lungs as fluid.

Thanks guys! Those were kinda my thoughts on it already, I was just thinking with the vape being so thick maybe it was an extreme amount of moisture going in, didn't know that about pg absorbing water like that, appreciate the info guys.

The question that needs to be addressed is; What is the LONG TERM effect of inhaling PG / VG / Food flavoring over a period of years? Vaping is to new to have actual medical case studies examined. People who vape have less complaints of respiratory ailments then people who smoke tobacco, but there are few if any 20 year vapors to study. Short term vaping is safer and possibly harmless. Long term, we don't know and I'm not holding my breath for an answer.
They have been studying tobacco smoke for decades and yet nobody is willing to state that without exception, those things are going to kill you.
