The D4 is indeed a good charger.
So is the XTAR VC4

Yes I have and it rejuvenated some of my old batteries. Some of the batteries were just to far gone for the Doctor's help.
i loved my nitcore i4 but now I use a xtar vc4. I recommend both. I have both lol.
Efest LUC V4 is a workhorse. Mine's going strong for over a year of very heavy, often continuous use. Highly recommend it if you want a cheap, basic 2A capable charger, though it does get a bit warmer than I'm comfortable with at 2A.
