I was wondering what the best build would be for a smok tfv4 tank. Looking for fat clouds and flavor.
Single RBA-Use 22G 6 Wrap on a 2.5mm bit (50w-80w)
Dual RBA-Use 24g 5 wrap on 3mm bit (60w-85w)

This for sure. Think quad coil like clouds but denser and more flavorful... it's honestly too much at times.

Aside from that, I liked my 26g twisted kanthal build 5 wraps on 3mm just like raymo said but with 26g twisted instead of 24g. I found the twisted to have a better temperature, still warm but wasn't burning at the end of the draw like the 24g was for me.

Still waiting on my wire to show up to get fancier.

Dual RBA... 26g 2 strands tightly twisted 8 wraps around 3mm. .4Ohms. I run it at 40 to 45 watts depending on juice. I've had it up to 90 without any burnt taste or dry hit. Very right fit, like dropping a boss 302 into a focus. But it can be done. Top notch clouds and flavor all day...

Who needs a 302 when you already have a 350 + whp focus ? Lol, but I know what you mean.

If you run temp control on it Im in love with a 28g nickel kanthal twist @ 8 wraps and a Scottish roll wick, set that bad boy @550f 60 watts........belisimo

26g ka1 10 wrap 2.5mm had very nice clouds and good flavor, 24g parallel 2.5mm 6 or 7wraps good cloud decent flavor. 22g ni80 8 wraps 2.5mm warm vape good clouds less flavor. 26 seems to have the better of the flavor so far for me as it's not to hit to where it kills flavor, and is much easier to work with for the deck

Best build for the TF-R2. 32g/44g Fused Claptons, 7 wraps on a 3mm bit @ .63 Ohms. Its great at 48w so far...BIG Clouds and Crazy Intense Flavor, Think Q4 Coilhead at 125w without the crazy heat, the heat is similar to the Q4 at 90w.

TFV4
A great platform with so many options.
Some calling it the king of tanks.
I'm lovin' the 'R2' RTA.

Where do you get 44g wire? I've grown impatient with Fasttech/Gearbest to get me my wire and I have a few different gauges I hadn't ordered. I was thinking something around the 40g area would be great, but so far not having much luck on anything higher than 36g. Beautiful looking coils you got there, I need to start having fun with wire, but I need the wire first!

No whee near as much as the stock coils did..A tank can last over an hour or 2 with frequent vaping...

It all depends on the build. My single coil RBA is set up with a build where it makes the quad coils look like nothing. My dual coils however are very pleasant. And then the RCA is set up for a MTL hit (thought I'm still having some leaking issues on that, not enough time to test it thoroughly lately and really hone it in).
