3 to 24mg/ml.... difference for me being the wattage i use.... for me nic levels determined more by the size of the coil and wattage .. than anything else.

I personally prefer 3mg. Started vaping at 12mg and my throat didn't like it whatsoever. Currently on an iJoy Captain with a smok cloud beast running 120w

The best for you is whatever nicotine you need to vape at whatever wattage you want to vape at.
There is no standard level.

In general I vape in the 25watts or less range....... typical builds all come in around dame surface area. But ohm could be anything from .01 to 3 depending on atty juice and draw of the day.........

I normally vape 6mg/ml juice........ if vaping outside my 15 to 20 watt restricted lung hit averaged....... I will bump nic and pg up and down to maintain desired vape.

Easy to decide to much or too little throat feel adjust pg.. nausea or chain vaping adjust nic.
