Best RTA for ?

Guys whats the best RTA i can get for MTL and Direct lung hits? i like to do both time to time.

IMHO a good direct lung tank makes a poor MTL tank and vice versa

Both of these tanks have a very wide range and will suit your needs. Both tanks provide a high degree of adjustability. I did an in depth review of both. Here they are.

The Merlin Mini has a dual and single coil deck. The Cthulhu is just a single coiler.
