Best with lime.....

Hi guys/gals
I just got midnight lime concentrate and although its loud its not too bad when lower percentage used. I was wondering if anyone had any good ideas for flavours to go with it keeping in mind its strong flavour, maybe something that could bring it down a peg or two and complement its flavour at the same time.

Welcome!

Not being familiar with that particular lime I leaned on Google and found...
"Undoubtedly the most authentic and intense lime flavouring currently available,..."
and
"We recommend that you use 10% - 20% premium concentrate with your chosen base. But tastes vary and you may have to experiment."

Hmmm.....It's suggested that I use 10%+ of the most intense lime flavouring available? Yikes!

If you desire your mix to taste a bit colder, consider adding .5-1% TPA/TFA Koolada. Or, for a fizzy sensation perhaps 1% (or a bit more to taste) TFA/TPA Champagne. (or both)

I mix a key lime custard that is one of my ADVs. Can't recall the percentages offhand, but both the Vanilla Custard and Key Lime are from TFA/TPA.

I haven't tried dude's variety, but I was thoroughly convinced Inawera lime is straight lime juice squeezed directly into a bottle. Just imagining that at 10+% makes my jaws lock up. Lol!

Cheers for advice guy n gals just mixed
Midnight lime (tmb) with fa bav cream and fa cocconut as per teresa P advice and now got a fav for using up the lime. I think i was mistakend by thinking of it as a base. Just too strong
Thanks again keep up good work
