Ok, first off - I do love my Koopor plus. Love the temp control, battery life, etc...I do not like its heft. It's hell on toes! I leaned forward to pick up the cat's water bowl and it fell out of my jacket pocket and made a beeline for my unshod big toe. Holy Moly did that hurt! LOL. So keep your koopor plus secured at all times...

I've only held a Koopor Plus once, but it did seem a little heavy. I probably would have bought one already, but I really don't like the design they put on them. I think it would look better if it was just plain.

You're lucky, it wasn't one of the Wismec Reuleaux mods. :)

I think the Koopor is heavier than the Reuleaux, even with it's three batteries. Those Koopors feel like a solid chunk of metal.

No kidding! Was at my buddies the other day, and we weighed out both my RX200 and X-Cube2, and they were both pushing a pound each . The Reuleaux was around 415g with Batts, and the X-Cube2 was around 430g with Batts. I've held a Koopor, and it's a little lighter than an X-Cube2, so I'm gonna say it's probably on par with the Reuleaux. Either way though, damn near a pound each, and having that fall on your toe, yeah, big time ouch

Try a Copper Dimitri with Batteries and a VCMT on top...little over 3lbs. I have dropped it once and it barely missed my toes...I am thankful it did!

Yeah, a solid chunk of copper will tend to be pretty heavy hahaha, good thing it missed, you'd of had a broken toe lol. I dropped my Copper Maraxus right on the tip of my toe, directly on the very edge of my toe nail. I literally dropped to the floor in agony, that little bastard weighs almost 2 pounds, it actually cut my toe open...........never again does a mod go in my shirt pockets!
