I've mentioned this before but it's been awhile...Yeah, sound like I've had too much wick all 3 times. This is what I have now.

I had trouble with the exocet wicking until i found this trick...
When you put the top/chimney on the exo trim the wick flush with it. Use your needle nose tweezers to fluff and tuck the wick inside the chimney. When you install it in the boro put the wick facing the boro glass, not the sides. This allowed me to vape tanks bone dry without dry hits.
Try it...
*Found turning the insider with the juice holes facing the glass helps with it's wicking also
