well, you should know better than I, you're further south(California, that is....)Y'all is the TV edition... its yawl, one word
Hybrid TIP, MF Bridge, VapeShell, and Ariel Treasury leather sleeveWhat are y'all's must-have accessories for your BB?
Yeah it can be a PITA but well worth it to have the protection on your investment.I've been admiring the leather sleeves, but it feels like it would become a hassle as an extra step every time you need to top off juice or change batteries. Do you keep panels on it while it's in the sleeve?
Besides, you'd be stylin' too~ now you gotta tell him about the custom sterling silver or gold screen plate and all that bling shtuffYeah it can be a PITA but well worth it to have the protection on your investment.

I have some stones for my kitchen knives and straight razors so I'm all set. Not looking to start a collection or anything. Just wanted something small to carry to open boxes at work, my vapemail packages, and an artery or two if necessary (KIDDING, I'd run like a little sissy girl).Spyderco's budget line has some gems... some people hate 8-13 steel saying its super soft (which it is compared to the super steels, like M390 etc.) but its so easy to sharpen and keep sharp...well it does dull fairly fast, but its super easy to sharpen

Oh yeah I can tell just by looking at it. With the blade facing me, the left side definitely has a deeper bevel than the right. Not really an issue but I'd be annoyed if it was an expensive knife lolOnce a proper edge is made, stropping will keep it sharp a long time. Spyderco is notorious for uneven bevels... if I had to guess, yours sits at 18* one side and anywhere 1-3* off on the other... being a softer metal than conventional kitchen knives...when you go to sharpen, put a 20-22* (40-44) edge or 18 with a 20 micro bevel to help retain said edge

Are you saying the V-Toku blades are worth the money? I'm still looking for a EDC type folding knife and always liked Spyderco's stuff.Even my $550+ knives, once they arrive, immediately go on and get profiled the way I like them. 20*... Except for 2 knives... PM2 in 204p Steel... that sits at 17* and my Vtoku Stretch 2 sits at 15*... the Vtoku is scary sharp... get a 2" thick phone book and push cut through the corners and have a bunch of tiny triangles lol

Nothing heavy duty, just cutting rope, open boxes... if it is as sharp as you say, it will probably be used for air layering a few 1/2 inch branches.IMO no Vtoku 2/sus410 is meh-decent... the 410 stainless isn't very scratch resistant compared to other stainless' out there. If that isn't an issue, then sure its a pretty decent knife.
Spyderco has a plethora of knives, but doesn't have a jack of all trades knife...with that in mind, tell me what you will primarily be using it for, and I can narrow it down...then you can choose from that.

It will not be used to cut branches, in air layering you strip the green bark and scrape the cambium off the branch (about 1 inch segment) all the way around and then apply growth hormones and wrap the whole thing in in moist sphagnum moss and then plastic. In about 1 month it sprouts roots and you have a clone of the original plant. I use a Opinel hawkbill with Sandvik 12C27 modified stainless steel blade and I thought I may want to upgrade....besides all those spydery blades had me drooling. If I wanted a knife that I could use for on branches and didn't want to drop a ton of cash on the knife...
Today I ordered the gold SXK BB DNA60, had 2 BB before, but didn't like the non usb and just preferred my tanks, but now got a new job and the BB will be a great option as a work mod, no worry I breaking a tank so easily.
I also ordered the vape shell, seems to have good reviews, anyone use one for MTL vaping, and any leaking problems with it?
I use the sxk vapeshell for mtl, authentic mtl reducers available separately transforms this into lovely tight airflow.
If you want the airflow even smoother try the under boro condensation pieces and airflow from the crossbow, I got them from SVT.
Forgot to say, no leaking for me.very easy to use
Definitely the Orion but not Replay. It is what the Orion should have been, that's for sure. I still dream that Lost Vape will wake up and re-design the pods for the Orion, as they are right now they'll do the job (more or less) but nothing to write home about.Sounds like replay has been copied?
What is "Output matching function"? That was my referenceDefinitely the Orion but not Replay. It is what the Orion should have been, that's for sure. It switches between power (wattage) and TC depending on the coil used. If you're using the 0.7 ohms coil (kanthal) it will go into power mode and have three preset voltages you can "scroll" thru and select the one you like. If you're using the 1.2 ohm coils (SS mesh) it switches to TC mode where you have a separate/different set of three voltage to choose from. What is "Output matching function"? That was my reference
The Orion was the very first (that I know of) pod system to use the new DNA Go chip. There are a few more pod systems using that chip on the horizon but the fact they use Replay is the big attraction and yes, they sold like hot cakes. The big detraction from them is the single use pods that are a bit of hit and miss (they are refillable but not rebuiltable) and can be inconsistent.Smok has a pod system that looks just like the Orion too, it must have sold like hotcakes for everyone to try to copy it.
I couldn't agree with you more! I'm still hopeful Lost Vape will see the light and redesign the pods.Yeah I saw that the Smok one has removable coils so you don't have to chuck the whole pod and I'd really prefer that design, but do not want a Smok product.
Geekvape is releasing one with that same design. Replaceable coils in their pods and a similar form factor.Yeah I saw that the Smok one has removable coils so you don't have to chuck the whole pod and I'd really prefer that design, but do not want a Smok product.
Yeah, but they're using their own chip---> no ReplayGeekvape is releasing one with that same design. Replaceable coils in their pods and a similar form factor.

Yeah but it will have TC with the 1.2 ohm SS coil heads. Similar feature I guess?Yeah, but they're using their own chip---> no Replay
Yes and no, really. It switches from power to TC but no "burn protection" I guess, it may have a sort of protection, but does it work? I guess we'll have to wait and see.Yeah but it will have TC with the 1.2 ohm SS coil heads. Similar feature I guess?

It's supposed to be a new chipset so there's at least a little hope!I have a GBox 200 and their TC is underwelming, it works fine in power mode and it is a good knock about mod but that's it.
Yeah, and the IRS will refund all our taxes for the last 10 years!there's at least a little hope!
I just bought 50 metric tons of gravel (that's only for the front yard) so far and 160 cubic yards of bark mulch. The pittance of a return we got was spent three times over! Thankfully mom is better and I can go back to work. The back yard is next.....
