Welcome to VU! I am sorry you're having that problem with your mech box...maybe a picture would help us figure it out...it's a fairly simple design and other than the contact on the button being too short or your 510 center pin not making a solid connection with your atty or it being smashed too hard against your atty center pin I am kind of at a loss as to why it wouldn't fire right....do you have an inline volt meter to screw into it just to see if your batteries are firing and what voltage is getting to the center pin and there isn't a short in the battery connections as well just to be safe?

I've also heard that the magnetic switch upgrade fixes firing issues because the spring in the switch is garbage. I posted a thread in "ask an expert" asking if the magnet upgrade fixes the circuit completion issues after sanding switch housing. You can keep an eye out for answers to it but I've already ordered to upgrade from bevapehappy.com...https://bevapehappy.com/shop/magnetic-switch-upgrade-for-mcv-philippines-mods/

I had that exact same issue with mine. I figured out that you have to push it on the corner of the button to get it to fire. It's a shame for a very nice and pricey device

I'm having a problem with my CB as well, only way to get it to fire is to not tighten the screws and press on the bottom screws to make it fire, weird. If anyone knows what might be the problem also send info my way please. Do you think it might be the center pin of the 510?
