This week's Blindspot changed things up a bit, as Jane and Weller posed as assassins to make a deal with criminal playboy "Rich Dot Com" (Ennis Esmer). As a result, this episode felt a bit lighter than most, which was good considering its eye-rolling romantic elements and ineffective final few minutes.
To start, the introduction of Weller's ex-girlfriend Allison Knight (Trieste Kelly Dunn) ended up being pretty pointless aside from confirming (again) what we've known for weeks: Jane and Weller have a thing for each other. But in case we still didn't get the memo, there were plenty of awkward glances and territorial moments between the two throughout this episode. Because nothing says "chemistry" like two people seeing each other in formalwear, right?
