I use both mtl and dtl gear....

I tend to like it all for dtl... From series to parallel to tubes. My favorite rda is the goon or Kennedy.
For mtl I like the cyclone bf, hadlay, Narda and kf3.1

Who else is in that category?
What are your preferences?

Ultim cap with wide bore delrin driptip. Well wide bore for a 510 tip.
8 wrap 24ga SS 3mm parallel coil lightly spaced fits perfectly in there. 16 wraps total.
build vapes good on a Coppervape. Vape at about 25-45 watts.

And mine does not whistle.
May be the coil I do not know.

24 gauge should work fine as well. Not tried 26 though. Space it a bit more and it should work fine though. As I said mine is just barely spaced. Wraps just not touching.

I tried a clapton in mine at first. Was not very impressed and maybe it whistled then? Not sure.

Get some 26 but the 24 should work fine will probably need 35 watts or so.

Going to try dual 24ga Kanthal 8 wrap parallels in my goon 22 clone. Should work...

Should work fine, as I say I use one on my Coppervape.
I also use the same build on my Dripbox 160 and Dripbpox2.

I put that build in and the squonk pin... You were right dude! Much better vape out of the wasp than the Clapton was.

I do both MTL and DL. I have a couple of setups for each. I have an Aspire Triton mini and a couple of Joytech eGo Mega tanks I use for MTL and a couple of RTA's I use for DL.

It's the Almond Joy - Mounds syndrome. Sometimes you feel like a nut and sometimes you don't.

clearly youre right on that one... I had a fused Clapton thingy with 4 wraps stretched to bridge the post length and that was terrible

I like the Subtank mini V2 with RBA. Been using the same one for over 2 years. Broke 1 glass dropping it no other issues.
2.5 mm .4 26 ga SS in it.
I have several more of them too

On another topic ie DTL.
Put Dual 3mm 24 ga Kanthal 8 wrap parallel coils in my 22 mm Goon squonkified clone.
Works out to .16
Clowdz fer daze. Just a nice warm dense flavorful vape at 40 watts.
Tried at 60 and too warm for me but massive cloud production.

No I haven't. Im mainly a 22mm guy...

I got a Serpent RDTA for trialing RDTA. It is 22 mm.
It works fine but not so wonderfully enough to be worth the extra trouble cleaning, etc of it.
So it sits on the shelf.

I have a single coil staple staggered fused clapton in my Dead Rabbit, a single coil alien in my 24mm Deathtrap, and a dual coil fused clapton in my 24mm Head Shot─the build deck on the latter one is only 19.5mm. I see no point in using simple round wire builds... whether they be parallel coils or not, TBH they mute the flavor considerably and also they don't provide the 'feel' I'm after. For long soft pulls I vastly prefer small-ish dual coil all Nichrome80 aliens at .1 ohm on a single battery tube mech. I switch a lot between different setups built towards different styles of pull/feel. With the Dead Rabbit in single coil mode, I increase (rapidly) the strength of my pull during my pull because the coil I have in it uses quite a bit of Kanthal so there's some ramp up despite I vape it at fairly high watts, but unlike other RDAs I've tried, the Dead Rabbit automagically increases its restrictiveness, accordingly as it creates some vacuum/underpressure effect towards the end of my pull, which I really like with this particular coil build because it enables me to pull a lot harder (almost exponentially) towards the end of my pull─just need to wick it up in such a way that the bottom of the deck will be covered with cotton in all places along the edges of the deck.

I'm very lazy too... I've been getting alien coils for free on a regular basis. In fact it often takes a few months before I'm not too tired to start building a coil, and, the moment I look at @raymo2u coil pics that's when the fatigue hits me again.

I'm always DL, but sometimes really restricted. One of my favorites is a Aqua V2 at around 17 watts, 30 gauge Kanthal with about 2/3 of the air hole open. About the most open draw atty I use is the Rose V3 at around 22 watts, but I draw pretty slow on that too. I don't need to draw fast just because the draw is open, and I can DL even a pretty restricted draw, it just takes a while

I hear ya. I'm a dual user: squonk and drip. The squonker comes in handy though, especially for kids school functions. My cyclone lives on a sqonk box by sonar. Dam nice RDA.
