Looking like its gonna cost me about 150 bucks for the box mod 4 batterys and a charger for them. Running the Atlantis V2 right now with the 0.3 coil in it with the battery e VicVt is there a reason for me to just stay with this setup? i think its more or less a want to have one of these box mods and see what they all about lol. thanks for the help pros and cons of them would be helpfully.

The eVic-VT is a pretty good little mod, if it is working, then you don't need an upgrade. If you want more out of a mod, then I would recommend looking at a bigger, more powerful box mod.

The Pros of a big box mod are more power, potentially more features, changeable batteries.
The Cons of a big box mod are cost, increased number of components (batteries, charger, etc.).

Bottom line, I wouldn't worry about upgrading if your current setup is doing everything you want it to do.

You will and continually get that itch to upgrade so many options out there . I decided to upgrade when I got into building on rda's and atomizers that being said I needed more power then what I was getting from my eleaf 40 watt . So my first upgrade was a sigelei 150 watt not temp control. Now I just purchased a hexohm v2 and that should be it for a while until I get the itch again . :) happy vaping friend

Well if you're looking for the devil on your shoulder to push you into an impulse buy...

The charger and batteries can be used with other mods, which you'll eventually impulse buy too. The mod itself will still be functional if the batteries die, unless you do something evil to it in most cases. It's always good to have a backup, and a backup for your backup...

That said, if the Evic is doing its job, stick with it unless you've got the cash to burn and no current backup. I bought an iStick 100 because they were cheap, and now I carry it around with a tank on it all day rather than my Sigelei precisely because it's cheap and my feelings didn't get hurt when I grabbed it at work today with wet paint on my hands...

I'd stick with the current setup. In a month or two, there will be more new regulated box mods, with more power, and more features. I personally am keeping an eye on the DNA200 mods popping up lately. However, due to being in the R/C hobby, I'm looking for a device, that has a LiPo with more than just 900mAh. Ideally, it has plenty of space, that I can easily replace it with a higher capacity 3s LiPo. And, of course, I do have a balance charger, that outperforms most of the other chargers (but that's a different story).

Generally i run a mechanical box. But this past month i purchased both a Sigelei 150TC and an IPV D2 (75w). Both are great. Both are < $100 and for me have performed flawlessly so far. There's my 2¢ :p
