I would suggest the Sigelei 30 watt mini myself.
I purchased it as a stealth device but I ended up using it every day.
And it does not catch fire when you charge it!

I like the IPV D2. Up to 75w and has TC. I use mine as back up to my IPV 3Li
That doesn't mean there aren't better ones out there. I haven't tried them all but once my store gets off the ground I will be testing most if not all of them.
