Brain ache battery help

So i am having an issue i am almost exclusively a mech user and as such am the most paranoid about battery safety.

Bow to my issue i have been using vtc5a for ever and I'm wanting to try samsung 20s batteries as tgere amp limit is most appealing but my usual vender of choice fogstar are shit outta stock. I am uk based anyone know of a trusted supplier with these in stock?
