BCF *is* very fast... but sometimes Durham's USPS drops the ball.
Has only happened to me once, but I just consider the source: USPS! Idiots, one and all.

bull city is a great place. one of my orders was lost due to USPS and ever since Jessica put a block on my address then tried putting the blame on JUSTIN instead. now that everything is back on track with USPS and have written bull city 4 different emails. nobody will reply back to me nor will they let me order from them using USPS. In my eyes that's not very professional to sit here and ignore my emails. NO WORRIES....IM MORE THAN HAPPY TO PASS MY MONEY ON TO SOMEONE ELSE WHO WILL HONOR MY RESPECT!!!!!

Hi @Vance1977. We tried shipping several packages, more than just one and every time the shipments were marked as delivered but then you would say they never showed up or arrived damaged. It came to a point where we had to make a decision to only allow Fed Ex to ship to your location and that option is still open and available for use so its not that we are refusing to do business with you but we have went well into the red trying to make things right by replacing shipments and store credits as well as full refunds on one or two of those packages. We keep in contact with many vendors and if there are issues like this we all talk to each other and that zip code seems to have problems with others as well. We strive for excellence and in my personal opinion, Bull City Flavors has set the standards for customer service and shipping. To clarify Jessica and Justin had nothing to do with the decision nor do they have the ability to reverse decisions made in matters like this. Regrettably, we cannot ship USPS to that zip code for the time being and we know it causes some inconvenience but that is the only solution we have at the time to allow orders to your zip code.

I have talked to you personally on the phone several times and I have seen all the correspondence through email. We have tried many times to ship to you. The same could be applied to BCF dont you think? Why should we be punished for USPS? if it cost us 40 dollars to send you a 20 dollar package we could that a handful of times before we go out of business. Actually it's not the vendors job to make sure the mail lady puts the stuff in your hands either.
It's not like Bull City can just hop on a plane to your post office to find the cr*ckhead who's scanning packages as delivered and then keeping them.
Bull City isn't responsible for shit once the package says "delivered"
Once the package says "delivered" the transaction is over.
If you can't keep the junkies off your porch then maybe you need a P.O. box?
If this is a post office problem, and it's YOUR post office then YOU need to take care of it.

Do you think other vendors are going to keep shipping to you the same package two and three times each for long?
Did you report it to your Post Office so at the very least they can be looking for the thief?

This "Fuck it! It's not my problem" attitude is going to end in NO vendors wanting to send you $20 worth of stuff if they have to resend it 4 times.

Speaking of pleasant... I can't begin to say how delighted I am that BCF and its folks got thru that horrendous storm safely. That was some nasty, nasty weather the Atlantic ocean threw at y'all, and apparently now the over-full rivers are causing a big problem for South Carolina. I don't know anyone there, but I hope the S Carolinians can weather it safely.

Late to the party but, @Vance1977 I have decided you are just a contrary asshole who wants to breed hate and discontent in every thread you participate in. I normally stay out of dramatical interactions like this but I just couldn't help myself this time. These are my friends you're attacking.
For the new members who might be reading this part of the thread, Bull City Flavors did not set the bar for service in the vape industry...they ARE the bar! I don't make big orders like some here do, but every order I make is treated with the same respect and care as anybody else. If I get my order in early enough, it always ships the same day. My flavors are packed in ziplock bags and everything is packed into a padded container for max protection. Inside the package on the copy of the invoice is always a handwritten "thank you" from whoever did the packing. A small thing, sure. But it shows how much BCF and their employees care about their customers.
Don't believe the crap being spewed by one sad individual that just wants to scam his way through life! Anything can happen when you're dealing with mail delivery and internet commerce. I don't know of anybody that hasn't had their complaint dealt with satisfactorily except this ONE GUY. Take that for what it's worth, but a lot of people on this forum feel the same way.
Oh yeah and @Vance1977 after this, you're IGNORED!!!
