Ladies and gentlemen-

I wanted to make people aware of a fun little situation, I had with Breazy.com and their support staff. This is the review I put on their page in reference to a link I used to purchase the Snowwolf Wocket.

I want to put this up so people can understand when ordering: IT IS THE MOD ONLY NO POD

In the second listing is from Breazy: It stated Snowwolf w/ pod.
When I came to the site said device showing with the pod attached, so I was like awesome deal!!! Understand I could have gotten whole setup for less than 2 dollars more through a competitor. When I received the item yep I was dumbfounded to find that only comes with the mod. I contacted Breazy on the issue and confussion. This is where it gets really funny the chat person said oh well one that is just an illistration. I was like ok, now if you look at 95% of the items when it is just the mod, that's all it shows. Then the chat person also made the statement yeah since 3rd party add we can't control that. Personally I see it as a haha got you last. The first reason I have seen other sites put in big red letters MOD ONLY when showing a full mod and doesn't come with tank. Second when making the suggestion, I will forward to a review team. The feeling of oh yeah let me dump it into the trash next to my desk idea. The second reason as I mentioned before a competitor for 2 dollars more I would have gotten the pod, which I ordered 2 systems. So as conselation for the booby prize, the first rep was like yeah 10 percent off e-juice. Yay that's like giving a bald man a comb and telling him to comb his hair. The second rep was like yep, I will give you 10 dollars in points. Now here is the big laugh about it. Remember as I said about the advertisement and if you don't know AIOs. Yep on their site the pod is 9 dollars a pop. Woohoo I got 10 dollars well ok shipping is another 5 dollars. So I am out of 14 versus the full 23, mind you I can go through another site and get 2 for $11.50 NO SHIPPING. So in all I think Breazy is out for a cash grab on people's ignorance and shrewd tactic. I have done orders from them before but, this will be my last one for sure.

If they show a pod with the mod, and have no prominent disclaimer along the lines of "item listed is for mod only" or "pod not included," that the image is for illustrative purposes only, then, yes: IMHO they are scamming their customers. Perhaps not intentionally, but the result is the same.

By the way my suggestion was to put up on the illustration MOD ONLY or NO POD INCLUDED. That's me though and why I also think they won't do it because guess what all sales are final no returns. We will give you 10 dollars to spend more money on our site and pay for shipping not hey let us refund 10 or hey pay shipping and we will send you the pods. So the pods they may get in mass bulk for I dunno 4 to 5 dollars a pod they just raked in some more extra cash.

It's the third party causing the confusion. In the ad for "cheap vaping" it does state with pod. However, when you click on breezy.com it will have a list of whats included. It does not state a pod is included in the purchase. Always look for "whats included".

I think more intentionally because when I brought it up as a suggestion. I will forward to a review team. I am willing to bet that Breazy.com will leave it that way. Oh and by the way they said should have read description, says device. So in their eyes since pod is separate part, they would have listed it in parts receiving but, most AIOs come with pods. They also said it would have been listed as kit, even though it says Snow wolf wocket system. I am curious why they didn't just say mod like they do on all their other advertisements.

Yes and if you look at most other AIOs it comes with a pod and listed as a system. Yeah my fault for assuming, still very shrewd.

I understand. I've been ordering vaping stuff since 2010 and know how deceptive vendors can be. I've been ripped off many times in my early years.

I usually do, it is one of those few times I did not. I started back in 2010 but, as I said saw great reviews for the snowwolf and why I bought it. As I said most AIOs come with a pod, so sucks to be me. I will go through a competitor to get the pods, just thought due to the confusion they would be interested in putting a banner up and at least comping the pods and I would pay for the shipping. I think that would have been fair but, giving me 10 dollars towards their site which, I would still have to pay about 10 plus the shipping which is 15. That's after I talked to them the second time about the issue. The first guy was like yep 10 percent off e-juice. Plus I have found (2) pods for 11.50 free shipping so I would save 4 dollars going to someone else.
