Thanks for getting me "in the know" !!

I just hope I don't have to learn any complicated handshake that goes with that secret. :D

No handshake? Put your chicken back in the cage and go home, you can't be in the club without the secret handshake. :p

I have tfa jalapeno. I have not yet braved it.

Same here. I shake it up and it seems to contain oils and looks like a Lava Lamp.

While I've read on the internet that not all oils are harmful to vape, I'll let you go first. :)

If I could manage to leave it alone, I'll see if it "changes" like oba, but the 15ml test I made vanished in record time...lol!

After many months of practice, I might be able to do a so-so job with that handshake. If not...back to the stinkies! :D

Ok, I'll do it!

Great!

Thank You!

Of course, there is certainly no reason to rush into it. I was thinking sometime during the year 2036 will be more than soon enough. ;)

It's all good. Making tacos for dinner so may as well vape some jalapeno after. I wonder on %¿ I'll be brave and try 1%. That's brave, right?

That's VERY Brave of you!

Looking at my records I found I mixed some up on 4-30-14 for friend who likes very hot stuff. I saw him a few days ago so I know he lived. :) I single flavor mixed it @ 12%. He never asked me to mix it for him again.

He told me why. The INW Hot Chilli (@ 6.5%) I mixed during the same time period was preferable as it gave him more ..."zip".:gaah:

No way! I only tried the chili at 1%.

Now, let me begin by saying I have only licked a jalapeno. So, I am not sure what it is supposed to taste like. I can't tolerate spicy food. Licking that jalapeno I almost died. On a 1.37 ohm coil at 9.4 watts, jalapeno mixed at 1.5% and I get two things. My vape only lasts 1 second bc, yep it's spicy hot like those darn jalapenos, but at this % not as bad as licking the real thing. The second thing I get is a horrible taste, idk even how to describe it. Putrid? Burnt dish soap? At any rate this is awful! I can't vape this anymore, but I took at least 10 .5-1 second vapes. Gawd Awful flavor! It's the absolute worst flavor I have ever tasted. So not good!! Recommend not trying this flavor despite any curiosity.

I saw that being on the list of Flavorah New Flavors. I'm not sure what it is. Since Chaw and Cherimoya both start with "Ch", I'm thinking it must be some kind of exotic fruit.

Now that I think of it, Chlorine starts with Ch too. Um...I might be wrong.:)

A lot of southerners refer to chewing tobacco as "chaw."

That might be "just the thing" to mix with stand alone Jalapeno....for balance and to take the edge off. :D

Can't do it man. My nose burned from just sniffing the thing. After slicing them up for my son n law, no he don't remove the seeds, I washed my hands. Later I rubbed my eyes and they burned like hell and got all swollen. Where it touched my lip when I liked a slice got all red, puffy, and burned like hell. I'm thinking I'm either allergic or very sensitive. Oh yeah, I was a sight to see after that wet burrito dinner!

Thank you. I'm really digging that lemongrass flavor. You don't need much.
Indeed....that was the first time I used the lemongrass...but it made me think of other options for juice....like a straight lemongrass flavor.....:)

LOL.

Oh my! look at all of the fun I've missed over the last few days.

You're a brave woman Daintanee.
Love the way you gave it 10 tokes. I can just see you after the 8th..... Hmmmm I wonder if it will grow on me after a few more.

Too funny!

If I try Chaw and give it a positive review, will that mean you will acquire some and use it yourself?

I know that is a hard question to answer. The possibility of enjoying Chaw to the extent of moving on to a chewing tobacco habit and abandoning vaping does exist! For Both of us!:eek:

OK well I've dug through these new FA flavours.
I've tried 3 of them so far.
I'm not gonna start a new thread etc, but as you lot have asked for feedback, here ye go!

Labyrinth

FA describe this as silky vanilla and caramel with a touch of fruit.
Although I absolutely love caramel as a flavour that I can shove down my throat and ingest, I've never been a huge fan of caramel vapes as they never quite give me what I'm hoping for. The caramel element in Labyrinth is very subtle, but it doesn't carry the artificial or rougher elements that I usually get from caramel concentrates. This may be why they've used the term 'silky'. if so, well.... 'silky caramel' is what I like. The fruity element is also subtle, but to me it mixes well into this mix, and although I can't quite pinpoint what fruits they've used, I think it's a nice touch. I started with 1% on this one and moved up to 3%. Flavours didn't change a great deal, just got stronger. I think I'll be adding this to some mixes down the track.

Up

FA describe this as a desert coffee with creamy cereal notes and a touch of alcohol on the exhale.
I'm getting that familiar FA coffee flavour that's also found in their Tiramisu and Coffee flavours, but it's smoothed out with the cream and cereal additions (which is usually pretty much what we do ourselves). As for the alcohol on the exhale, I'm not getting that, but this could be due to the fact that I'm drinking wine as I'm testing these flavours. What I am getting seperate to the coffee, cream and cereal though, is a fruity note. In particular, a berry note. It works very well, and reminds me slightly of HIC's Strawberry Mocha Frappuccino. Although I don't like it as much as HIC's mix, I'm quite enjoying it standalone. I've been vaping it at 1% and nearly got through the whole 5ml sample whilst testing.

Wow

FA describe this as fried donut wrapped around a deliciously fruity red filling and sugar topping!
I'll start with the donut. It's not the type of Capella / FA Joy type of doughiness that most would expect. It's more of a cakey flavour IMO, closer to Nonna's Cake than your classic American donut flavour. There's a slight donut element, but it's no where near as pronounced as one may expect. As for the fruity red filling, I'm not sure what red fruit this could be. I definitely aren't getting any of the obvious red fruits such as berries or watermelon. There may be a little bit of apple and cinnamon. ( Do they mean Red apple? ) I'm not even sure that's what I'm tasting though.

Not sure what I think of this one. While it doesn't excite me standalone, I don't mind it as a flavour. It's not what I was expecting from the description, but with a little finesse, I'm sure it could be worked into a mix nicely.
I started at 1% and have moved up to 3%. Not a great deal of changes by upping the concentration other than enhanced flavour.

I'll leave feedback on the other 2 flavours when I can be assed!

Thank you Semi! I really appreciate this. I haven't gotten to testing the cloves and cinnamon flavors I have yet. That jalapeno killed me, but I shall. Also, I'll in the future comment on Flavorah pound cake, lime, custard, coconut, lemongrass....All as standalone flavors. Perhaps we could start a thread in reviews of new and single flavor concentrates for others to easily find. I'll post here too and make a link, for any willing to contribute to a new flavor or an additional view on the same flavor or to simply view.

Yea great idea. A broad thread for flavour reviews would be an easy way for us to keep up to date with new releases.
Do it up!

Oh, and yea, please do reviews on those new FLV flavours. I've been impressed with FLV and INW of late. Nice to have other options to my predominantly FA collection.
I've just received INW's new custard flavour. The new thread would also be a perfect place to discuss it

There is a diy review section. I've been posting all my single flavor tests there.

Time to elaborate.
Dainatree start the new thread. I'm going to bed as it's past midnight here. If I don't see the new thread in the morn, I'll start it myself, but I expect to see it :shades:

I know, that's where I was gonna start a thread. Just one thread full of everything. Good and bad, all companies etc, perhaps somewhat organized.

Two pages deep and no ones actually tried the custard yet :D

For some reason I thought the OP did try the custard and reported in... post #49 ??

True there are a bunch of off topic posts there. Just like post #144 in this thread! :)

Oh yea cheers Ron, you're right! Post #49 does actually give feedback on the custard :D Sounds like it may be up my alley too. Gonna fire some up tonight and will report back in the new thread.

Oh and yea I love a bit of off topic. I dribble over threads all the time. The topic gets a word in here and there if it's lucky :vino:

There's just one little thing wrong with that custard thread, and that's that so far it's a creme brulee thread. T

I agree and if anything I am more keen on adding Creme Brule to my mixing arsenal than the Custard. :)

As a standalone, 4%. It's absolutely amazing, can't wait to try it in a mix. I immediately wanted to mix it with TFA rice crunchies.... :D

Yep FLV Marshmallow is pretty good at 4%, may try 5% next time tho, & I like the Rice Crunchies idea:idea:.
