This is a variation of a very popular Brazilian drink known as caipirinha
Caipirinha is made with cachaca which is distilled from sugar cane. Added to fresh limes, and cane sugar and muddled.
This version is made with a dark rum which differs as it is distilled with molasses.
Which I am told is then called caipirissima. A refreshing vape on a hot day!
2% FA Lime cold pressed
.50% FA Lime Tahiti/ distilled
1.5% FA Rum
1-2% Ethyl maltol to sweeten as desired

Thanks for this--it looks nice :) I would have to try a variation with INW Lime instead of FA Lime Distilled (don't have it). I was thinking, based on your description, a little brown sugar (TFA), for something close to a molasses flavor and FA meringue might go well in here, too. 0.25% of each? Just a thought--I've never had caipirissima. Sure has a great name!

TFA has a pretty good Molasses flavor although I think it might have some of the bad stuff in it.
