hi, basically i bought a kangertech dripbox a couple weeks ago and its been working fine, all of a sudden yesterday it ran out of battery (i thought it had ran out of battery). so i got home and charged it and nothing, the battery said it was fully charged but when i press the fire button it flashes 10 times as if it has ran out of battery, i've tried almost everything i can think of for example clean all of the contact points and checked the coil, i hope someone can help! thanks

Curious if you could try another tank and see if it fires. Not sure if another tank even works on that device. Might have to take it back to the shop or contact the online vendor for a replacement. Good luck, let us know what happens. Welcome to VU.
you can hook another rda to the kanger dripbox...just make sure you don't use the squonker!! unless of course the rda is made for it like the one that comes with it. Also, unscrew the "prebuilt" coil deck and make sure you don't have a blob of juice in your contact points. Sometimes the rda can get just loose enough for some juice to seep in there and cause an atomizer short.
Another thing....the premade coils are pretty cheap quality. It may just be your replaceable rda coil/base needs replacing =)
Lastly, you can hook it up to an ohm reader/voltage checker, and see if it's firing.
These are all issues I've had with mine.
