Can anyone out there find me replacement glass for my Arctic V8 Mini?

Searched and searched but cannot find anyone that sells new glass for the V8 mini. Tank dimensions are 22mm wide by 19mm tall. Google is useless since a new V8 comes with a replacement glass that's all the results you get is complete tank sets. Please help!

Sorry, I didn't have any luck either.
The regular Arctic glass tanks are easy to find but the mini not so much.
