How do I extract milk flavor from genuine, bona fide, organic cows milk? Is this possible? I was thinking of setting up this thing where I boil down milk, and have a conical cover over the pot, and the sides overhang the sides of the pot, so when the milk boils the flavored condensation goes up to the cone, and comes down the sides and drips into a pan with a funnel, so then it feeds into a copper tube (like the moonshiners use), and goes through a bucket of ice, and then goes through a smaller tube again (to concentrate it), and then another smaller one, where it's compressed into flavoring. Then I'd boil that down, and send it to Hangsen for processing. Will this work?

I thought you have to send extracts to somewhere for processing. I assumed if I made enough, Hangsen would be the best choice for my processing needs.

Hmm. Well, Mr. Bunting, I wish I could help you with this. I'm sure someone will come along to help you. Good luck with your extract though. I hope it proves successful for you!

I can't help with extracts, but FlavourArt makes a Fresh Cream flavor that you might like. It's like unsweetened table cream. It would sure be easier to use flavoring than that process you described!

First of all, you are using the WRONG milk.
Everyone that makes their own juice KNOWS, Badger milk is best. Cows milk won't hold the flavor with processing. BEEFCAKE!

Secondly, where is the lead filter system in this? Your extract will taste TERRIBLE unless you wash it over lead powder.

Yes boil the milk then add about 4 teaspoons of vinegar to it then take a strainer it will remove all of the fat and proteins whats left is the essence of milk

Yes, get organic, unprocessed milk (you don't want any of the nasty additives in it) and boil it. Skim the cream from the top and put 1 part of cream into 3 parts PGA. Let it sit for a month in a dark place and filter it through a cheese cloth afterwards. Mix it with the same amount of PG and leave it on the radiator until all the PGA evaporates. Finally, SLOWLY pour it in the kitchen sink while thinking about what you did.

To add to that ^, when you let it sit for a month, don't refrigerate it. That will give you a nice, rich, deep rotten milk taste... the chunky kind.
