Can I put "Corn Huskers Lotion" in my atomizer as a replacement for e-liquid?

Hey Im kinda new to vaping and the nearest place to me that sell vaping "equipment" is 45 minutes away from me, so I cant always get e-liquid...I found some "Corn Huskers Lotion" can I just use that?
