Capella choc glazed doughnut .... ideas?

I bought 30ml of this stuff ... no idea why, lol. I probably should have got their normal glazed doughnut as it'll have been a lot more versatile. Anyway, I made up what I wanted to, a choc-custard doughnut with ice-cream, and so far it's tasting very nice. but now what? i don't want 300ml of the stuff! It's just a mix to go along with my morning coffee/tea.

Any tips for what else to use with it? I have all sorts of fruits, got the usual cheese cakes and greek yogurt, got some hazelnut and maple pecan [another I have no idea why i bought!] - I was thinking a blueberry/maple doughnut maybe? but how'd that go with the choc?

Sure, it's going to take a little while before I can say if it's a winner, but it already smells divine. Tastes good too, if a little dry, because the cheesecake, VC and VBIC haven't really shone through yet, but I expect them to over the next week :)

Easiest way is to use Eliquid-recipes website and search there. There are a TON of recipes and you can search by the flavoring and see what you can make with that flavoring.

"Bronuts" seems to be popular

One of several internet recipes is...

CAP Chocolate Glazed Doughnut 7%
FA Joy 0.75%
FW Yellow Cake 1%
INW Biscuit 0.75%

(Bav cream 2% for eclair)

Ooh Rin Vapes! :)

I actually just won some addy's yogurt on fresh's show tonight :) He was one of the first i watched when I began mixing, have watched your vids too and subbed ;)

I have looked on e-lr, but on this particular flavor I wasn't finding anything exciting. Hence spreading out and asking on forums. Got any experience with this one yourself? would love to hear your personal opinion on it

freekoutman, all i can say is my mix is bloody lovely after a few days :)

Congrats on the win! I hope you like Addy's Yogurt. Most people do. Fresh is the first DIY Youtuber I heard of besides myself. I thought I was being original. Lol. Thank you for the sub and watching my videos!
Other than using it on it's own and using in the Bronuts recipe, I haven't messed too much with it. I am not a big bakery vape kind of person. I just recently did an Elephant ear recipe that I think will be amazing... but overall I don't gravitate towards those flavors when vaping. I'm more of a fruit e-liquid kind of person

Thanks for the response :)

Yeah, I was a bit cheeky and asked could I have the concentrate instead of a pre-mix, and they were happy to oblige. Said it might actually get here easier without nic in the mix, so looking forward to mixing that addy's up for sure.

The recipe I posted above for my choc doughnut actually turned out really good, so I got that one and I'll give Bronuts a try too.

If you have the ingredients you should try Bronuts, just to say you have tried it (and to use up some GCD). CAP CGD is apparently very inconsistent from one bottle to the next. Beware, if you make your favorite recipe ever with it. A new bottle of CGD could crush all of your hopes and dreams.

Aw, that sucks a bit, as I'm getting to really like it. I bought 30ml, So I have room to experiment with it. the mixes I've made so far using it have turned out pretty good. I also tried a strawberry version, without any extra choc. The chocolate that's already in there is quite subtle, it's not straight out, in your face choc, if you were after a very chocolaty doughnut you'd definitely look to add some separate choc into the mix. But the doughnut flavour I get from it is pretty good, if a little dry. So creams work well with it, pretty much any of them ... fresh, sweet, bavarian, vanilla, butter etc ... The more I taste it the more I can see it being very flexible.

Be careful with CAP CGD. Capella has a really hard time sourcing the ingredients for it and hasn't been able to stock it, so you could be buying old stock. And that's a problem with this flavor since it goes bad pretty quickly.

That's disappointing to know, as I'm starting to really like it :/

I'm going to give your Bronuts a try soon as I get hold of that yellow cake and biscuit ;)

I tried Bronuts......... I love Bronuts. So far it's the BEST recipe I've used with anything chocolate. First tried I thought nooooooo, but it grew on me.
Hate to hear that CAP can be inconsistent. I've started using more of it and have liked, ecspecially vanilla bean ice cream

I mixed up an alt version of Bronuts, I like to call Nonuts :D [I'm original like that!]

I didn't have biscuit or cake yellow, replaced with cookie [FA] and Nonna's cake [FA] and added a little vienna cream.I kept the CGD and joy the same. It's damn good! 30ml pretty much just inhaled :D
