Capella complaint....anyone else?

I hate to be a person that complains, but I feel I need to get this off my chest and see if anyone else had these same issues.

I placed my first order with Capella on 4/6/2015. I already was disappointed as an international customer, they didn't give me the 30% discount when purchasing over 13 x 4oz bottles. I am American, but I guess to get the discount you have to live there :)

With that said, I was willing to pay their really high prices to try and see if they are as good as people say (19.95 per 4oz bottle, a little high compared to TPA, but I am tired of the flowery tastes and am hopeful with the good responses I have read about Capella).

Of course things still didn't go without a hitch, they were sold out of 2 flavors that I bought and paid for. As I am in Taiwan, the time difference kills me when it comes to being able to contact them, so I decided to send them an e-mail....No reply. I sent 2 more, still no reply. After spending about 300USD on products for a first order(I know that maybe that isn't a lot to some, but it is too me) I would like at least a placating e-mail telling me that they will take care of me and explaining why I don't get the discount.

Now it's the 14th in Taiwan, still no response, so I need to make an international call after 12am my time to get to the bottom of this.

Is it just me, or has anyone else had these kind of issues with CA?

Thanks for reading, I feel better already!

Vape on!

I've never ordered from CAP direct, but it does take a month to get things from across the pond.
Some vendors (US) I've never even got email, ship notice, or anything.
Just show up in the mailbox one day.
If you ordered on the weekend, Mondays are usually frantic, trying to fill weekend orders, I suspect.

Its unfortunate that customer service doesn't matter anymore.
I had an issue with a vendor (forgot who) that the flavors they sent tasted like plastic, and never got a reply.

One thought, if your sending from a Taiwanese email address it might be just getting dumped into their spam folder..just a possibility.

This reminds me of buying PC parts. You would think that buying a printer from Epson's website would cost less. Not at all, a far better price could be had at a site like NewEgg.
I'm guessing that a $300 flavor order is small potatoes at the Capella's site, where the same order at ecigExpress.com would favor far more attention as it would at Bull City Vapor (they don't ship internationally, where ecigEpress does for an example). Not all of the Capella flavors are available in the 4oz size, but the ones that are, $13.

Did you use the coupon code to get the 30% off? BULK1331

Haven't used them in awhile, but I don't remember getting bad CS from them. I hope they work that out for you.

Update...

I finally was able to stay up late enough to call them during their office hours. The person I spoke with was very helpful and let me know that they have been very busy (not that I care as all I want is a reply:) ) I told her about my situation with the online international orders and non responses. Soon after, I received replies to all my e-mails and got my account setup to wholesale pricing. They even said that they would refund me the difference for the wholesale prices to my PP. Still waiting on that, but my order was shipped and is now in customs!

I really can't wait to try their flavors out! I have been using TPA as their price is right, but their flavors are hit and miss, especially with some of the fruits (too flowery IMHO).
