I dunno what's going on. Fresh batty, fresh build .4 lovin it, then click nothing. Filed screw on Dark Horse, Pin @ tip, and on switch. I know Caravella Clones are shit, too late now. Also switch button gets extra hot. Anyone with similar issues?

You have a continuity issue, likely with your mech switch assembly. When the mod heats up, particularly in the switch assembly, it's a indication that you have a substantial resistance, causing a "Joule heating" condition.

If you've not disassembled and cleaned the switch assembly... do it. If you have a DMM, you can test the mod for resistance/conductivity... should be zero Ω. If you have an inline volt meter, you can test for voltage drop... another indicator or conductivity.

If you can't sort it out, or it seems uncorrectable, I would suggest raising the atomizer resistance a few tenths of an ohm at a time, until the switch cools down.

You are getting Joule heating in the switch either due to a short, a problem with the switch insulator, or your build. Check your batt's voltage.

I found my Roller did the same thing a couple times , found out it was the switch spring needing replacing, what a pain that was.

I noticed a scorched section on the spring. Might need it replaced thanks.
