CES has become a place for automakers to show off their latest technologies and their visions for the future of transportation. It seemed like every booth this year featured a car of some sort, either to demonstrate some new technology or just to get people to look at a random product.
Toyota had the most interesting concept cars like the FCV concept, which runs off hydrogen. Toyota claims the FCV "is capable of generating electricity directly from hydrogen stored outside the vehicle," which could be used to power both the car and your home.
