Hey guys, im mech mod user, recently my VTC4 vented for an unknown reason, i suspect that was jumping ohms from coil touching the lid + overheat from chain vaping and now i've found these from an old Lenovo Laptop. Can't find much info about these, but i've heard that Panasonic is hi quality and i could be lucky here. So what i want to know is how much Amps this CGR thing can draw in a constant rate ?

From GearBest, they were authentic imo. Atleast not rewraped, 8$ for 2pcs. Was always vaping over 20A build on it for months. Even i know its 23A. The recent build that it vented was 0.32ohm in series. Thats around 26A. Ah and i have had a scratched wrap and that black thing on the + all the time from opening the hybrid adapter with small scissors, ordered wraps few months ago but package got lost.

Panasonic doesn't make any battery suitable for use in a mech. New, much less scavenged from an old battery pack.
It only shows a discharge graph for up to 4.6A. And it wasn't impressive at that.
If you're gonna vape at 26A get some LG HB series.

Without checking the model I can safely say they are 10A batteries or less.

If you have a flashlight that takes 18650, you're good (maybe). For vaping go buy a suitable cell.

In the noisy cricket one battery survived.. Too bad cant get any VTC4 in local places. Will have to order a pair of VTC5/25R etc.

Those are suitable for a flashlight only, not in a modern regulated mod, most definitely not in a mech, especially not in a serial mech.
You are playing with fire here.
