CHEAPEST BULK DIY FLAVORS?

Hi, I am a heavy chain pipe tobacco smoker getting ready to switch to 50w with Uwell Crown subtank vaping. I am low income, and I am looking into making my own e-liquids so I can afford my healthier habit as most of my money goes towards food. I am looking to make at least 1 liter of e-liquid with 50/50 vg pg, 3mg nicotine, and flavoring. The flavoring is the part that I am finding to be the toughest to find IN BULK at low price. Please help with reference to site/if I can use amazon/local groccery store flavoring extracts? If so, what ingredients are acceptable for this purpose and which are not?

Grocery store & Amazon aren't the best sources for full-strength flavorings of while you'll use far less in making recipes. That said, Flavour Art (usually referred to here as FA) is a favored brand which you can buy at Nicotine River in 60ml bottles for the lower cost per milliliter. Just be certain you know what you want. A big bottle of a flavor you find distasteful is a lousy investment &you might be wise to try some samples first. FOls here will fall over themselves to help you!

If you've never made your own liquid before, don't start with a 1 liter bottle - you may hate it! It does take a little trial and error to make something you like. A good way to start is to buy small bottles of flavoring to make up specific recipes you find that may suit you - HeadinClouds recipes are particularly good (on this website). Once you find one you like then you can buy flavoring in bulk to make larger armounts. You can buy Flavor Art in smaller quantities at various places including bullcityvapor.com or ecigexpress.com.
