Check usb ? Umm... huh?

Hi everyone, I have the reuleaux rx200. When I press the fire button,it doesn't work and on the screen it says "check usb". When I plug in a charger into the USB, it works and there's a lightning bolt in the battery charge indicator. Any ideas on what in tarnation is going on here?
Haven't found any videos on how to fix this issue....

If you got to Wismec's site and pull up the manual there is a reference to a error code, Check USB Adapter, I believe there is a optional adapter so you can use the 200 as a charging bank, perhaps it detected your tank as a Adapter. Pull the batteries and see if it clears. Do you have the latest firmware update installed?

I've changed batteries....
Tightened the screwed behind the batteries....
And still no change....
I sent an email to wismec, haven't gotten a response yet....
Ill.look up the manual again and see if can get it fixed....

I downloaded the manual from wismec, and it doesn't say or give any code or reference to a usb adaptor problem

update the firmware to the latest release insure that that port is being recognized by the computer
