Andy - I ordered this egrip oled and 30 minutes after I ordered it I realized that I actually ordered the old
20 watt kit without the LED readout.
I then sent a customer support email to your company asking them to cancel my order & didn't get a response.
About 6 hrs. later I got an email from them and it was a credit and it said 'order closed'.
I assumed that this meant that they canceled my order, so I then ordered the Egrip Oled.
2 days later I see they took $ from my bank acc't. for both orders.
Today (Weds Sept.16) I have not received any shipping notice for either of them.
Would it still be possible to cancel that 1st order?
If not, what else can I do? I do not want the 20 watt.
The order # for the one I don't want is 100000462.
Really hope you can help me.

Hi Andy - I'm writing my own reply to my previous post.
I contacted Yolanda at support just after making the above post.
2 hours later Efun.top refunded my $ for the erroneous 1st order.
AND...they sent my tracking # for the Egrip Oled!
So for anyone reading this, I think that is FANTASTIC
customer service!
