Yes multiple times, he said I'd get the prize and he would ship it. That was a week ago and still no confirmation and now no response to emails

Yes US. I don't even know if it was shipped I have no tracking number for it. Can't get a response from Bear. But I am not the only one

The video selfie thing is an abhorrent demand for a contest you have already won (IMO). Taking daily quizzes would be proof enough of human involvement. Next they will want a piece of hair and a blood sample.
