Cloud chasing with Ego One Mega original parts?

Simply if i can produce big and tick clouds out of my Ego One Mega with the original parts, like those cloud chasing builds
You are limited to the airflow the tank allows....while I love my ego one tank with the .5 coil it won't come close to the clouds that a crown or tfv4 tank can produce.....but what is really a huge cloud? As long as your happy with it stick with the .5 coil and blow some clouds I guess....
If you want big huge clouds your probably looking at a dripper or a tank made for big huge clouds, what device are we using here?
