Some cool news here for both Arrow fans and wrestling fans: Cody Runnels, AKA wrestling star Cody Rhodes -- who once tussled against Stephen Amell in the ring at WWE SummerSlam when he was wrestling under the name Stardust -- is returning to Arrow as the villainous Derek Sampson.
Rhodes was introduced as Sampson back in Season 5's third episode, "A Matter of Trust." In that episode, he was depicted as a drug-dealer (peddling "Stardust") who transformed into a regenerating supervillain who no longer felt pain.
