If i take my wire fold it in a half wrap 6 times is that a dual coil or a single 12 wrap ?

It's a "parallel" build. 2 coils of 50% of the ohms, just contacting each other.

If one wire w/ 6 turns is 1Ω:

1. (2) parallel would result in 0.5Ω
2. (3) parallel and 6 turns for 0.3+Ω
