Colours

I was just thinking about the premium eliquids I've seen that have been bright blue or red or pink and was wondering if using food colouring would work in a DIY liquid? I did a search for it on here but nothing came up.

I don't add anything to any of my DIY juices. I think the color would serve no meaningful purpose. I do wonder if some ejuice makers add coloring to their stuff since it always seems to have more color than mine. I will say this, my juice doesn't seem to fouls a wick or coil near as bad a most commercial juice does.

My personal opinion is why add an unknown for inhalation purposes. Some say it's safe, some say it's not, and others say we simply don't know. I won't add it to mine.

If you thought some DIY flavors could be bad for you, then coloring is much worst.
No need or justification to use any of them.
Some chemicals used in flavors do have color of their own that ranges from light yellow to dark brown and that's the only color you should have in your DIY e-liquid.

I don't even like what must be "food safe artificial caramel coloring" or whatever added to my juice (or concentrates)... I damn sure don't want anything even more exotic.

We have a century of study on the effects of nicotine and decades worth for PG inhalation (somewhat less for VG). Even the food flavoring is something of a question mark at this point.

"Less is more" I should think. Vape safe eh?
