Vaping too quick is called chain vaping... it is important that you can still chain vape without getting sick. This is because wanting to chain vape, and wanting to chain vape often, is a pretty much normal reaction when you've just come off cigarettes. All of my atomizers are RDAs, and I'm down to 3mg. But I still like to chain vape a lot despite I am smoke free for six months. So I bought several juices that are 0mg. Chain vaping also is part of how I managed to keep off cigarettes. I also found that I could drip 6mg into my RDA, and, immediately next, drip (only a few drops of) 0mg of the same flavor or a similar type of flavor right on top of that─into the same RDA. For this little trick to work I had to drip the 6mg first, the lower nic second. It's because else the two different nic levels don't mix themselves together well, as the higher nic juice tends to just float on top... like a layered juice cocktail. lol The harshness of my first vape in the morning also immediately went away after I dripped a few drops of 0mg into my RDA... I think the nic just rises up into the coils overnight.
The downside was I always had to keep using two separate bottles to drip and always keep counting the number of drops dripped from each bottle. But I found it was worth all the extra effort because it allowed me to adjust my nic level very effectively, and that's exactly what I needed to be capable to chain vape instead of going back to smoking a foul cigarette. The more satisfying your vape experience will be, the more you'll notice the extreme grossness of cigarette smoke. At least, that's how it worked for me. And it also is why I think decent RDAs and decent, custom built coils are compulsory despite the extra effort that goes into learning how to wick and teaching yourself how to build a pair of fancy coils that will chuck out some actual good clouds.
