Confused about Aspire coils

I have two Aspire coils. They're both .3 ohm coils. One says its rated at 45-55 watts and the other 70-80 watts. What's the difference between the two coils? The wire looks exactly the same.

I don't know. I think the one that's rated 70-80 watts came with an Eleaf pen. The ones I use in my sub ohm tanks are Triton coils. I'm still fairly new to vaping so I'm not sure what they're made of.

OK the ones rated for the higher watts are 316l stainless steel.
The other is kanthol.
