mostly people are positive!

Just believing that others are positive and that good things are going to happen is a great way to be happy. And if you don't believe it, fake it til you do! Put a smile on your face! The mind follows the body.

Think of how you would stand/sit if you were happy and successful. Think of what the expression on your face would be. Make that expression and copy the body language, and you will trick your mind into believing it!

Sounds like new-agey bullcrap but it works! It's a VERY small glimpse into the world of what Tony Robbins does.

It's amazing what setting goals and changing body language will do to you!
