Cookie Custard - So Simple, Yet So Good!

So I was going for a flavor similar to the old Cookie Monsta by Ruthless. I LOVED that juice! This recipe is not the same, but it's pretty darn close and it definitely satisfies the craving. I have it listed at max VG, but feel free to adjust to your liking. I'll be making this by the liter!

3% TFA Marshmallow
9% CAP Vanilla Custard (original)
