Council of vapor minivolt

Just got this mod yesterday, was working fine and charged it fully. It will no longer power on. Any recommendations as to why it would not power on? I plugged it back into the charger and the screen is not lighting up when I do this either.

What makes it worse is the fact that it is the only one I have now. It was a replacement yesterday so I am highly agitated. It was firing fine, powering on and off, and now nothing.

I haven't had mine very long at all. 5 clicks on, turns itself off after a very little while. It doesn't do anything when you plug it in? Man that sucks! I'd contact the vendor and see about a replacement or refund.
