My pulled pork came out beautifully! It was the best one I've ever done & I've always been pretty decent at it. This time, though, I changed up my rub recipe a little & tweeked my method a bit. My family has informed me that I have perfected it.

Going back to work today, again. I've worked one day this year... It's ridiculous to have had to use all my sick days ALREADY. Even school systems are closing and using snow days because everyone's been so sick. Unreal.
