Customized KBox

Hey everyone,
I hope I out this in the correct category as it doesn't really have anything to do with the actual KBox...

Anyways, I got this KBox a couple days ago and I felt it was really plan, so I paintfilled the lettering and engraved an image on one side. Trying to think of something to put on the other side. Just thought I'd share.

Thanks, bondo! I bought the black KBox. The paint fill is the red in the lettering and numbers. I did the image on the side on a laser engraver.

Man... there's a section for darn near everything on these here forums! I never noticed the "Aesthetic Modifications" forum. I guess I have to look closer in the future.

Thank you very much, everyone. I am an engraver by trade, and work with laser and diamond engravers all day, so I tend to customize a lot of my stuff. For this one I just found an image I liked via a Google search, ran it through a couple of programs to make it laser-ready, lined everything up and let 'er rip. That's the short version, anyway.
@bondo , I never thought about taking orders for this stuff, but if you wanted to get something done, I'd be happy to work something out with you. At the moment I'm actually in talks with a local B&M do some custom Limitless sleeves with their logo on them. I hope that pans out!

@Brian L I think you have the makings of a side job/extra income people would love to have custom engravings and such on their boxes /mods. you could engrave anything from sigeleis to hammond boxes. If you don't mind I would like to PM you for a custom laser engraving of a couple boxes. PM you later currently @work.

I got my black kbox and was thinking about filling in the preset wattages with silver. Any tips for me? also, would you recommend to clear coat it? Not sure if the black will come off over time but I scraped the paint off of the hex screws on the front top and bottom

I use an acrylic paint that's made for paint filling, but some oil-based paint from a craft store (the thick stuff in the tube) works well. Just rub it into the numbers with your finger and clean the excess off with rubbing alcohol or mineral spirits. I don't think it needs a clear coat, personally, but that's just opinion. Mine is always in my pocket by itself or in my vape case where it won't rub against other stuff.
