Dead Rising: Endgame, the sequel to the first Dead Rising film, has entered production, and Legendary Digital Media and Crackle, Sony's free streaming network, have announced the full cast.
Engame begins in the "zombie-infested quarantined zone of East Mission City" with investigative reporter Chase Carter. The film will follow Carter as he attempts to stop the government's "secret conspiracy," which is threatening to kill millions of innocent people.
Jesse Metcalfe will return as Carter, and will be joined by Dennis Haysbert (24) and Keegan Connor Tracey, who'll reprise their original roles. Patrick Sabongui (The Art of More) will also return, though in a new role. Sabongui will play a "skilled zombie killer and video game aficionado."
