DENIED: EVOLV LOSES ROUND ONE - INJUNCTION MOTION

Evolv has taken a major blow in its case against Wismec, Joyetech, Eleaf, and Ismoka. On the 3rd of May a Judge has denied Evolv's motion to have an injunction put on their products. This would have put a halt on the products Evolv claims infringes on their patent. Some say this means the case is dead. I am not an attorney but I think it hurts the case, but it does not mean it's over.

This will allow the defendants to continue making and distributing their product.
