During a Destiny livestream as part of Gamescom 2016, Bungie revealed that Destiny will be getting private player vs. player matches.
The announcement came at the start of the Destiny stream, which included new information about the upcoming Destiny: Rise of Iron expansion coming next month.
The opening of the stream featured a look at the options players will have when creating private matches. Customization options include the map, score and time limits, light level, and time of day.
