I'm sure its a simple calculation, but here goes. If I am adding a flavor that is reported to contain a certain amount of acetoin, lets say .17% and I am adding said flavor at 3% to a mix that has a total volume of 5ml, what would be the acetoin concentration in final mix. For the sake of this mix, I will say that 1ml is equal to 1gm in weight.
